3rd & 4th Song of the Day

Fanatik and Mania Medley by KRU

This is my favorite boy band / band boy (i dont know which one is correct). First album I've ever bought back 1992. Walaupun masa tu thn 4U2C, aku pegi kedai beli album KRU ni. I dont regret it. Sebab memang best time tu lagu Cherrina malatop!!Dan selepas itu tajuknya ditukar kepada Sherrina kerana isu bahasa (rasanya dilarang menggunakan bahasa rojak kot masa tu). As far as I can remember, KRU start famous masa 2nd album. Their hit single, Mengerti, Janji Tinggal Janji and bla...bla...bla...I went to their concert once back in 2000 (i think so). They are awesome!!!

I've been idolizing them for years. Especially Norman. He is ssoooo business minded just like me...hahaahha (ni la time nak perasan). Baru2 ni dia dpt anugerah Usahawan Cemerlang. They have assets worth 4.8 millions. Norman is the President and CEO himself for KRU Capital Sdn Bhd. They started with a keyboard (RM 2k) and now they worth millions!!!

Kalau you guys nak sembang psl KRU with me memang sampai minggu depan pun x habis. To KRU, I'm your 3rd biggest fan! Kenapa 3rd? Sebab saya x beli sume album diorg so malu je kalau letak no 1. Anyway, Edd knows I love KRU so much, he bought me their CD as a a gift. Thanks baby.

Erra bertunang...

Al-Quran ganti wang hantaran Erra

Oleh Khadijah Ibrahim

Erra Fazira.

PETALING JAYA 7 Sept.
Apatah lagi katanya, hubungan mereka mendapat restu keluarga kedua-dua belah pihak.

Mungkinkah Terjadi by Spider

Seringkali hati bertanya
Tiap saat kita bersama
Sampai bilaku harus memendam rasa
Tak pernah aku merasai
Bibir terkunci
Jiwa bergelora rasa tak percaya
Adakah ku bermimpi
Mimpi di siang hari
Dirimu

telah lama ku nantikan
Wajah yang bermain
Di mimpi-mimpiku
Hidupku

kini bagaikan penjara
Tanpamu di sisi tak bermakna
Mungkinkah akan terjadi
Dirimu aku miliki
Berilah tanda kepastianmu
Namun jika tak tercapai
Harapanku

This song reminds me of old days... huhhuu... I've been in that situation or maybe I thought I was in that situation long time ago...hehehhe... I better keep it to myself. I'm getting MARRIED in 3 months!

Present days...

Lelaki Ini by Anuar Zain

Kasih, kenanganku
Ingatkah saat saat dulu
Kasih, apakah dirimu
Merasakan semua itu

Ke mana pun langkahku pergi
Ku masih melihat bayanganmu cintaku
Dan kemana pun arah anginku berlari
Hati ini masih kau miliki

Lelaki ini yang selalu mencintamu
Selalu, tanpa ragu
Lelaki ini yang selalu memuja
Hanya dirimu
Yang bertakhta dalam sanubariku
Sanubari ku
Aku yang mencintakan mu
Hanya dirimu

Karena cintaku, tak berbatas waktu
Karena cintaku, tak mengenal jenuh hatimu
Hatimu

This is my latest addiction... I hope some dedicate this song to me...hahahha... In my dreams la kot... he must be sleeping while I'm writing this. I hope he read this in the morning. And hell yeah it's 4 in the morning! Mana Miss Stefani ni???

Right now...

4 In The Morning by Gwen Stefani

Wakin up to find another day
The moon got lost again last night
But now the sun has finally had it’s say
I guess I feel alright

But it hurts when I think, when I let it sink in
It’s all over me
I know you’re here, in the dark
I’m watchin you sleep, it hurts a lot

And all I know is you’ve got to give me everything
And nothing less cuz you know I’d give you all of me

I’d give you everything that I am
I’m handin over everything that I’ve got
Cause I wanna have a really true love
Don’t ever wanna have to go and give you up
Stay up till four in the morning and the tears are pouring
And I wanna make it worth the fight
What have we been doing for all this time
Baby if we’re gonna do it come and do it right

All I wanted was to know (I'm safe)
Don’t wanna lose the love I found
Remember when you said that you would change
Don’t let me down

It’s not fair, how you are
I can’t be complete, can you give me more

Oh please, you know what I need
Save all your lovin for me
We can’t escape the love
With everything that you have

What can I say, there's always 1 or 2 maybe 3 to 4 songs in ma life. I might be humming my song of the day... every song reminds me how great my life is and how happy I am. I'm so grateful and thank you ALLAH for making my day wonderful

The $10 Million Giveaway?

Move over Sally Struthers. Three young entrepreneurs found an easier way to raise millions for struggling businesses almost anywhere in the world. But don’t call it a handout -- it’s a loan. And, it’s funded by everyday people, like you, $25 at a time.
By KEVIN SITES, TUE AUG 21, 3:27 PM PDT
In their office in San Francisco's Mission District, Matt and Jessica Flannery and Premal Shah work with the fervor and techno savvy of an Internet startup aiming for an IPO. But they aren't chasing the cash for themselves.

Matt and Jessica Flannery and Premal Shah bring a youthful vibe to the world of microfinance.
They're doing it for Esther Egbulu in Nigeria, a mother of six who wants an $800 loan to stock her shop with frozen chickens and turkey, or 31-year-old Choeun Sonin, who's requesting $1,000 to purchase a motorcycle taxi — just two of 15,000 entrepreneurs from 36 countries that their company, Kiva, has already helped.
Kiva, which means "unity" in Swahili, is a lending organization with a twist: Anyone with a bit of money and an Internet connection can step forward as a microlender to assist struggling third-world entrepreneurs get out of poverty.

After logging in, you can scroll through profiles of entrepreneurs, descriptions of their businesses, and the loan amounts they're requesting. Once you've decided who you want to lend to, you choose how much to lend, starting at as little as $25. (Individual lenders can fund an entire loan, but most of Kiva's loans are funded by multiple lenders.)

Funds are distributed to entrepreneurs through local non-profit microfinance partners in specific countries.

In Nigeria, Esther Egbulu wants an $800 loan to stock her shop with frozen chickens.
The key is that the company is based on loans, not donations. "You're fundamentally connecting with someone else in a way that's based on mutual dignity, not this supplicant-benefactor relationship that you often see in philanthropy," says Premal.

There are some differences from traditional lending. Kiva loans require no collateral and they are zero interest. PayPal (Premal's former employer) processes the transactions without any fees.

Premal says the average loan request is about $650 and the average lender usually funds three different entrepreneurs at $25 each. Eighty percent of the lenders come from the U.S., 10% from Canada, and the remainder from the rest of the world.

Kiva says entrepreneurs pay back their loans an incredible 99% of the time — a default rate unheard of at traditional financial institutions. (The Kiva team expects the rate to increase to 5% as more borrowers complete the loan cycle.) And according to Premal, most lenders reinvest their money in other entrepreneurs after a loan is paid back.
Kiva's operational costs are covered by donations from lenders. The company does not take a commission from the loans facilitated on the site.

Matt and Jessica Flannery created Kiva after discovering different career goals in a pre-marriage counseling course.
The way Kiva was founded is almost as interesting as what it's accomplishing. When Matt and Jessica attended a pre-marriage counseling session, they discovered their career goals could keep them apart. Jessica wanted to go to Africa to study microfinance; Matt was headed to Silicon Valley.

"We sort of just thought, ‘Well, we're supposed to be together. This will work itself out,'" Jessica recalls.

Things did work out, but in a way they hadn't first imagined. Shortly after they were married, Matt went to work for TiVo and Jessica went to Africa to work with a microfinance organization.

After visiting Jessica in Africa, Matt got the idea that perhaps what she was doing, microfinance, and what he was doing, high tech, could be combined — using the Internet to connect lenders and entrepreneurs.

They tested the concept on friends and family, spamming their wedding list and raising more than $3,000 for a handful of small businesses in Uganda.

Now Kiva has loans totaling $10 million.

Matt, Jessica and Premal credit their corresponding strengths for Kiva's success so far: Matt's technological know-how, Premal's salesmanship and Jessica's heart.

Kiva's president Premal Shah says corruption is a reality and he hopes transparency on Kiva's site will boost lenders confidence in microfinance.
Kiva faces new challenges as its base of lenders and entrepreneurs expands.

Ensuring that money actually funds business is one problem. For instance, a borrower in Cambodia used a loan to fund a family wedding. But a Kiva volunteer monitoring loans in Cambodia discovered what happened then blogged about it — on Kiva's own website.

"We know that corruption exists," says Premal. "We are adamant about exposing it on our website." Transparency, he says, is the organization's goal.

In the grand scheme of things, $10 million in loans might seem like a small dent in world poverty, but Kiva's founders are thinking big.

"In year five we're looking at anywhere between $150 million to $280 million," says Premal — potentially enough to move the GDP of an entire nation at some point.

For now, it's enough to change the lives of 15,000 struggling entrepreneurs — and perhaps those making the loans, as well.

Kali post dalam bahasa rojak. Sabtu baru tgk sikit2 Festival Filem Malaysia ke 20 tapi the next day dapat catch up full event through Astro Ria. Boleh dikatakan job well done sebab CINTA menang movie terbaik kot.... Terus terang Ied masuk panggung untuk cerita CINTA kerana Eizlan Yusof...Bukan la die hard fan just that Ied dah lama tak tengok Eizlan berlakon.

About Me According to PersonalDNA.com

You are a Leader

Your solid grounding in the practicalities of life, along with your self-assuredness and your willingness to appreciate new things make you a LEADER.

You're in touch with what is going on around you and adept at remaining down-to-earth and logical.

Although you're detail-oriented, this doesn't mean that you lose the big picture.

You tend to find beauty in form and efficiency, as opposed to finding it in broad-based, abstract concepts.

Never one to pass on an adventure, you're consistently seeking and finding new things, even in your immediate surroundings.

Because of this eagerness to pursue new experiences, you've learned a lot; your attention to detail means that you gain a great deal from your adventures.

The intellectual curiosity that drives you leads you to seek out causes of and reasons behind things.

Your confidence gives you the potential to take your general awareness and channel it into leadership.

You're not set on one way of doing things, and you often have the skills and persistence to find innovative ways of facing challenges.

You are well-attuned to your talents, and can deal with most problems that you face.

You tend to do things on the spur of the moment, not sticking to a set schedule.

You have a strong sense of style and value your personal presentation - friends may even seek your style advice from time to time.

If you want to be different:

There's more to life than the practical - take some time to daydream and explore the aesthetic sides of things.

how you relate to others

You are Respectful

Your reserved nature, understanding of the world, and faith in others make you RESPECTFUL.

You trust those around you to do the right thing, so you tend not to get involved in other people's affairs.

You have fewer friendships than some, but the relationships you do have are very meaningful and important to you.

Your careful and practical observation of your environment has led you to understand that others' situations can be very complex.

Because of this, you are slow to pass judgments on others, even if sometimes you can't see what it is about certain things that upsets them.

You tend to enjoy the world through ideas and reflection, which allows you to get a lot out of the time you spend alone.

Your friends would describe you as laid-back and easy-going.

As someone who is calm and centered, you aren't likely to rush into things—this patience allows you to see many different perspectives and options.

If you want to be different:

Try letting your insight into the world and trust of others allow you to understand the feelings of those around you.

While you know how much can be learned from observing your world, remember that much of life can be lived by experiencing it, not just understanding it.

Sacrifice & Happiness

For someone else happiness I have to sacrifice! Sounds cliché isn't it? But this time I don't wanna sacrifice my feelings just to make other people happy! I want to make a point here that my feeling is not a toy! I need some respect! I deserve to be happy! And I don't deserve someone like you guys! Why can't you see me happy? What is wrong with you? What are you trying to proof? Why are you messing with my life? Did you gain anything by doing that? Are you trying to make a point here? What kind of friend are you? Have you ever think how I feel when you do that? What kind of person are you? Don't you want me to be happy? Why can't you make me happy? I was there for you all the time, why can't you be happy for me? And for that, I hate you!

"Women doing their own Thang!"

Going at it on your own takes courage and fearlessness…two things that many people lack in this world. So that’s why we wanted to feature women who, either by choice or unforeseen circumstances like divorce, took the leap and did their own THANG!
Episode 7 - Do Your Own I could certainly relate to this topic because that’s exactly what I did. My entire career I had worked as a television journalist with established networks around the world. It was structured and very safe. But the yearning inside me to do something different, something positive kept growing until one day, I had the light bulb moment to start what is now “The May Lee Show”. Of course, I’ve had my share and continue to have my share of ups and downs as an entrepreneur. But that’s part of the process and ask anyone who has struck out on their own, especially women, how they feel and they will tell you that they have total fulfillment and satisfaction like never before. Why? Because for the first time you feel a sense of total ownership for something that you have absolute passion for…and that is the key…passion. Even in my darkest days, it was passion for this show and its mission that got me through.
We all want to feel we have a purpose in life and if we are fortunate enough to find a way to make it a livelihood, then that’s just icing on the cake.
So here’s to Women Doing Their Own Thang! Get out there and do it! Until next time…

Watch The May Lee Show Every Sunday 8.00 pm only on Star World

Eden McCain

You're Eden!!! You can make people do whatever it is that you desire. You are good at making people think the way you want them to. You make things happen. You are extremely smart and quick-witted and you are used to getting what you want. You know what's right and wrong but sometimes get sucked into things bigger than you. You know how people work and you enjoy manipulating them to get what you want. You have the power of PERSUASION. That power comes in handy when you're getting pulled over, attacked, or when you have a full sink of dirty dishes and don't want to do them. Unfortunately, you're dead now.

It Started With A Kiss

With Love Ied @ May at 10:52 PM 0 comments
Currently I'm sooooo into this Taiwan TV Drama...It Started With A Kiss. Currently showing at Astro AEC. So cute la the leading actress (Ariel Lin) and all the actresses in this drama. looking forward to watch the sequel.

Synopsis - Intro

Yuan Xiangqin (Ariel Lin) is a naive but optimistic high school girl. Ever since she met Jiang Zhi Shu (Joe Cheng) at the freshman orientation, she's fallen in love with the genius with an IQ of 200. After two years of having a crush on him, she finally musters the courage to confess to him at school with a letter. Zhi Shu is not impressed, and his cold-hearted rejection immediately turns her into the biggest joke of the school.
Misfortune comes in a pair: that evening, the new house she has just moved into with her father collapses in a minor earthquake. She and her father are instantly left homeless. Fortunately, her father's old high school friend extends a helping hand and invites both of them to live at his house. Little did Xiang Qin know that the kind Uncle Li is actually the father of Jiang Zhi Shu! Because of the unexpected turn of events, the two of them begin living their lives under the same roof.

Synopsis - Spoiler

Xiang Qin discovers Zhi Shu's childhood secret (from his mother), and mischievously manage to get him to tutor her in her studies. With his help, she manages to get accepted into a university. On the night before Zhi Shu's university entrance exam to Tai Da University, Xiang Qin gets drunk and inadvertently tells him that she wants to go to the same university as him.
When Zhi Shu came down with a flu on the day of his university entrance exam, Xiang Qin decides to accompany him but faints. Zhi Shu sends her to the hospital, thus missing his entrance exam. Xiang Qin blames herself when she found out. However, later it was discovered that Zhi Shu had missed the exam intentionally - mainly because of the conversation the night before and also, he did not want to attend Tai Da. They eventually go to the same university.
Xiang Qin's admirer, Ah Jin (Jiro Wang) from high school is very determined to marry her and become a successful chef. In order to do so, he becomes the apprentice of Xiang Qin's dad (who is a chef) and gets a job as a cook in the university's cafeteria in order to hone his skills while simultaneously being near her. There, Zhi Shu becomes classmates and friends with a pretty and smart girl called Pei Zi Yu (Tiffany Xu). Xiang Qin begins to feel jealous and tries to get in between Zhi Shu and Zi Yu all the time. Later, Zhi Shu's mom comes up with a plan to make Zhi Shu jealous and encourages Xiang Qin to fake a relationship with a junior student. At the same time, Hao Qian (an upperclass man) who is Zi Yu's admirer asks Xiang Qin to pretend to be in relationship with him to make Zi Yu jealous. Zhi Shu misunderstands and becomes extremely cold towards Xiang Qin, but Zhi Shu figures out Hao Qian's plan and ends up being closer to her instead.
Zhi Shu becomes tired of living under the protection of his parents. He decides to move out to live on his own and living on his own expenses by working as a waiter. Xiang Qin manages to make a nuisance of herself by going often to his workplace, and by coincidence (or not) Pei Zi Yu works there too. Xiang Qin decides to follow Zhi Shu from his workplace and find out where he lives. To her horror, she finds him walking with Zi Yu after work and going into the same house. Crushed, she cries bitterly and isn't herself. Finally, through her friends' help and Zi Yu's sister, she manages to find out the truth on that matter, but she continues to bring more problems to Zhi Shu.
Zhi Shu's father contracts a heart attack when Zhi Shu tells him he wants to be a doctor. It had always been his father's plan and dream that Zhi Shu will one day inherit and take over his business, although Zhi Shu had no interest. Due to his father's hospitalization, Zhi Shu temporarily takes over the company. Xiang Qin also help out by working in the company. She manages to make a client regard very highly of Zhi Shu, and he ends up getting introduced to the client's pretty, elegant and intelligent granddaughter, Hui Lan. As Zhi Shu is afraid of losing partnership with this client which could result in the company's financial crisis, he decides to date and gets engaged to Hui Lan. Xiang Qin is crushed and decides to date Ah Jin, her admirer.
Ah Jin had asked Xiang Qin to marry him. She hesitated and asked for more time to think it over. She shares this with her friends, who in turn purposely talked about the proposal in front of Zhi Shu. Zhi Shu becomes agitated and for once in his life, he did not know what to do. Hui Lan, sensing his agitation and that his heart did not belong to her, prompted Zhi Shu to rethink their engagement. He left her to find Xiang Qin, hoping that he was not too late. He eventually finds her and finally proposes to her.
In the end, Zhi Shu and Xiang Qin get married at the place of their first date in a rather unusual but amazingly romantic wedding.
A sequel, which will focus on their lives after marriage, has already begun filming. It will be aired in Summer 2007.

I cant understand why some ppl hate cats. To me they are most adorable pets I've ever had. This morning I saw one of my kitten was hit by a car. I hate to see him in pain. I pray to Allah S.W.T to take him away. I dont wanna see him suffered and yes, Allah S.W.T listens. I love him so much. Loving him is to let him go. In fact I love all my cats. I once had 14 adorable cats. 2 of them dead and another one went away just like that. It hurts whenever I saw cats at food stalls crying, asking ppl to feed them. Every time I see these cats I will give some of my food to them. I cried when I saw the owner or the customers kick at the cats just to get rid of them. It makes me sick to see Muslims who hate cats. Dont you know our Prophet Nabi Muhammad S.A.W loves cats? Havent you heard of the stories? I'm glad I have parents who loves cats.

Once I read a letter published in our local newspaper. I think it's in Utusan Malaysia. The sender complained about her mom loves cats. She has 20 cats in her house. The sender is still studying and didnt stay with her parents. She said her house was filthy and smelly. She knew about our Prophet but she said that she's not comfortable every time she went back home. What the hell.... If you dont like your house filthy or dirty or smelly why dont you just help your mother to clean the house! Why cant you just stop complaining and start helping! Isnt that good if you help your mother with the household? Coming back home doesnt mean you can just seat and relax and lepakz, tolongla ringan kan beban mak kau! Has your mother ever complained about the cats? If she hasnt, it means that you have problems with cats. By the way you live in your parents house, suka hati diorg la nak bela kucing baper ekor pun. Bila kau dah beli rumah sendiri, kau tetapkan la syarat
No Cats Allowed
To sender, I'm not saying that I'm sooo f#%@king good. It's just that I have problems with ppl (especially Muslim) who hate cats. I'm not ashamed to admit that.

Is He "The One"?

You're a Your Man Middle Low!

I love him. I love him not. I love him. I love him not. Feeling a little indecisive? Don't let that scare you. It's completely natural to be unsure, and that indecisiveness doesn't mean that you have to make up your mind immediately. If you've only been together for a little while, don't fret. You've got plenty of time to decide the fate of your relationship. If you've been together for a long time, you might want to dig a little more deeply and try to figure things out. Judging from your answers, there's no denying that this match has potential. But apparently there are some obstacles that can't be ignored. Try to identify and explore what's holding you back. What are your fears? Your concerns? Your hesitations? Once you've pinpointed some of the issues, then you can best figure out if he's right for you.

If the negatives outweigh the positives, then this relationship might not be ideal for you. Although there is no set formula for lasting love, there are some things you should think about. Do you feel that your best qualities shine when you're together? Do you find yourself overlooking pet peeves just because he's the guilty party? Do you feel warm and fuzzy just thinking about him, even when he's not there? When you think about your future, is he in the picture? These are just a few questions to ask yourself. If your answers reveal that this relationship might not be what's best for you, try to communicate your concerns. "Forever" shouldn't be taken lightly. And remember, if he's not "the One", that's okay, because you'll find someone who's even better for you. It's a win-win situation!

Are You High Maintenance?

You're a Total Middle!

Material Upkeep

Although you definitely appreciate a first-class lifestyle, you don't feel a constant need to indulge yourself. Sure, it's fun to spoil yourself with fancy dinners or designer clothes every once in a while, but you probably don't need everything in your life to be top of the line all the time. Congratulations! You know how to indulge yourself the right way — in moderation.

Emotional Upkeep

You like being a top priority in your partner's life, but you also respect his/her independence — good for you! Sure, it's important for you to feel valued and appreciated in your relationship, but your expectations for your significant other tend to be realistic and attainable. You definitely know how you want to be treated, but you don't think the only fulfilling relationship is one filled with constant doting.

Personal Upkeep

You definitely care about how you present yourself, but probably not enough to let your appearance dictate what you do, where you go, and who you spend time with. Sure, you take pride in your appearance, but you know that some things are more important than looks. That's a great attitude — looks like you've achieved a very healthy balance between narcissism and neglect.

Are You High Maintenance?

Have you ever feel that you're stuck and have no where to go? No one to turn to? Or to share with? I have. Right now. Seven years relationship doesn't mean anything if you cant share your thoughts with each other. Yes. I'm stuck. With you. It is the worst feeling I've ever felt. I'm too afraid to admit that this is not love. It's just that I'm too comfortable with you. You know me too well. It is the scariest thing for me to start a new relationship when I have some who knew everything about me. Problems I had, the insecurity and all those "stuff". I don't want you to be my punching bag. I've shutting down my family and friends just because of you. I always be there for you through thick and thin. IT IS ALL FOR YOU. At least all you can do is appreciate what I've done for you. STAND UP FOR ME. PROTECT ME. Like I did.
